At Long Point, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. To ensure your satisfaction, we are pleased to offer a guarantee on the products purchased from our website.
1. Coverage
LongointGear.com offers a 3-year guarantee on most products sold through our online store, unless stated otherwise. The guarantee covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the guarantee period. Any Kore Belts that have been cut or altered are not covered.
2. What is Covered
Manufacturing defects: Issues that arise due to faulty materials or workmanship.
Product failure: The product fails to function as intended due to a defect in design, material, or construction.
In the line of duty damages for any product manufactured by Long Point Gear, for ANY Reason.
3. What is Not Covered
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper installation.
4. Third-Party Products
Products not manufactured by Long Point Gear are covered by their respective manufacturer's guarantee. For guarantee claims related to third-party products, please refer to the documentation provided with the product or contact the manufacturer directly.
5. How to File a Guarantee Claim
If you believe your product is defective and you are within the guarantee period, please follow these steps:
Contact us at info@longointgear.com and provide the following information:
1) Your order number
2) Product name and description
3) A detailed description of the defect
4) Clear photographs of the defective product (if applicable)
5) Your phone number (sometimes it’s easier just to call)
We’ll access it on a case by case basis, however we may request additional information or ask you to send the product back for inspection. If we determine that the defect is covered under our guarantee, we will offer one of the following:
A replacement product of the same or comparable model.
A refund for the full purchase price, depending on the circumstances.
6. Shipping
Our shipping policy ensures that all packages are sent exclusively through the United States Postal Service (USPS). We strive to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and selected USPS service, but tracking information will be provided for every shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure all addresses are accurate at the time of purchase to avoid any issues or delays.
7. Return Shipping Costs
If a product is deemed defective and eligible for a guarantee claim, we will cover the return shipping costs for customers in the United States. For international customers, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
8. Limitation of Liability
Long Point Gear's liability under this guarantee is limited to the replacement or refund of the defective product. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or loss of use.
9. Guarantee Transferability
This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
