Agency sales on this website refer to purchases made by tax-exempt organizations acting on behalf of a third party, such as a government agency or another nonprofit. To qualify as tax-exempt, a valid exemption certificate must be provided at the time of purchase. Once verified, eligible orders will not be charged sales tax in accordance with state-specific regulations. Without a valid exemption certificate, applicable sales tax will be added at checkout.
